Two anaphylactic episodes in a year with no identifiable allergen. Allergy testing clean every time. The second ER visit, a resident wrote query panic disorder and that phrase followed me through the system for four years like a bad reference. An allergist finally ran tryptase during an episode instead of two weeks afterwards, which is apparently the entire difference between finding it and not finding it.
